That way, you can enjoy the rich history of The Base without overheating or catching a cold.
History of Hill Air Force Base
Originally, Hill Air Force Base was built to be an air depot. The official groundbreaking took place on January 12th, 1940. In World War II, The Base served as a maintenance and supply base. Aircrafts of all kinds were sent there for repairs, spare parts, and such. The Base accumulated a ton of mint-condition aircrafts for future use. Throughout the years, Hill Air Force Base has helped to supply the United States Air Force with aircraft, missiles, and more. Today, Hill Air Force Base is Utah’s largest employer. The Base itself is said to value more than $4.5 billion.
